About the event
Join Master Trainer April Bodiford for a one hour beach WARRIOR Rhythm Yoga Class in the beautiful setting of the Outer Banks beaches. WARRIOR Rhythm is a yoga-ish class that has unique yoga flows choreographed to non-traditional yoga music. Bring a mat or there will be some available. This is a donation based class but your participation is more important to me than your money. Meet me at the beach or contact me at (252) 216-6495 for further details.
