4th of July Warrior Rhythm on the Beach!

Join Master Trainer April Bodiford July 4th at 8:30 AM at the Frisco Bathhouse for WARRIOR Rhythm Flow. WARRIOR Flow is a yoga based fitness class that incorporates a wide variety of music with everything from Beyonce to Led Zeppelin and combines it with unique yoga flows to create powerful movement patterns.
